Supply Lists 2007-2008

Kindergarten - 1st Grade

• Water bottle: with sip lid

• Change of clothes: pants, shirt, shoes, and underwear -- please send in a plastic container (in case of emergency)

• Backpack or school bag able to hold school work and binder

• 2 boxes of tissues

• 1 bag of plastic spoons

• 1 package of paper plates and cups

• 1 container of antibacterial cleaning wipes

• 1 box of zip-locks

• 1 package of napkins

• Lunch box or bag

Note:  There is an $18.00 charge for all other school supplies.

The plates, spoons and forks are for art projects and emergency use; please remember to send a spoon or fork with your child if they will need one in their lunch. Also please check with the office for a list of new lunch regulations this year. NO pens or calculators needed! Please do not extra supplies for just your child, there is not a lot of room in their desks and it makes it harder for them to keep it looking neat.  NO toys except for special show and tell days – Information will be sent home about show and tell. Hopefully this will last us through the entire year!

 

Grades 2-3

Please MARK these items and these items only with your child’s name:

• Ruler (with inches and centimeters and without holes, if possible)

• 24 count box of crayons

• 2 pink erasers

• 2 packages – 8 or 10 count – wide markers (one for each semester)

• 4 folders

• Sturdy pencil box (small size that will still hold 1 package markers, crayons, and erasers)

• Student Bible

• Lightweight backpack that will hold an 8x11 binder (Backpack a must)

 Please bring these items UNMARKED:

• 1 pair of headphones for computer

• 1 pair of Fiskers scissors

• 5 Red Pencils

• 2 dozen #2 pencils

• 1 4-oz. Bottle of glue

• 5 glue sticks

• 10 pack wide ruled notebook paper

• 200 sheet wide ruled notebook paper

• 1 package plain copy paper

• 2 rolls of tape

• 1 package of paper plates ( at least 100, cheapest kind work best for crafts)

• 1 package wet ones (or other brand, refills o.k.)

• 2 boxes Kleenex (or other brand)

• 2^nd graders: 100 plastic forks, 1 box quart size ziplock bags

• 3^rd graders: 100 plastic spoons, 1 box sandwich size ziplock bags

No Basic, TI BAII, or other Business Calculators – they lack several functions needed for class.

 These calculators can be found at Wal-mart. If you already have another calculator that is fine, but I can’t guarantee it will be useful for students for all the functions we use in the classroom.

PLEASE NOTE: GRADES 4-10 NEED TO BRING APPROPRIATE GYM CLOTHING, SHOES, AND DEODORANT.
